Community Program Manager

**About the Role** Good Samaritans Aid is seeking a compassionate, organized, and results\-oriented Community Program Manager to lead, develop, and oversee our community outreach initiatives and social support programs. In this role, you will be responsible for program design, field implementation, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring our humanitarian and community development projects deliver measurable, lasting impact to vulnerable populations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Program Strategy \& Management:** Design, execute, and evaluate community\-based assistance programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and funding directives. * **Stakeholder \& Partner Relations:** Build and maintain strong collaborative networks with local government units, partner NGOs, community leaders, and volunteer groups. * **Field Operations \& Logistics:** Oversee day\-to\-day outreach operations, emergency relief distribution, and field staff activities to ensure timely and effective service delivery. * **Impact Evaluation \& Reporting:** Track key performance metrics, conduct community needs assessments, and draft comprehensive impact reports for donor agencies, grantors, and executive leadership. * **Budget \& Resource Management:** Manage program budgets, monitor grant allocation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and donor requirements. **Requirements** * **Experience:** 4\+ years of professional experience in program management, community development, or field operations within an NGO, non\-profit, or humanitarian organization. * **Community Engagement:** Proven track record in conducting field assessments, organizing public outreach, and mobilizing grassroots community initiatives. * **Grant \& Budget Management:** Solid understanding of non\-profit financial oversight, donor reporting standards, and grant compliance requirements. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, Sociology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. * **Soft Skills:** Outstanding empathetic leadership, cultural sensitivity, crisis problem\-solving, and persuasive stakeholder communication. **How to Apply** الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١١٬٢٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
