Key Responsibilities * Manage and respond to comments, direct messages, and reviews across social media platforms. * Engage with online communities and maintain positive customer relationships. * Monitor brand mentions and online conversations. * Address customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. * Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to support campaigns and initiatives. * Escalate customer concerns to the relevant departments when required. * Track community engagement and provide feedback and insights. * Stay updated with social media trends and best practices. Requirements : * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. * Excellent communication skills in Arabic and/or English. * Strong interest in social media and digital marketing. * Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
