Common Areas Manager / Owners Association Manager Location: Kingdom of Bahrain based only Experience: Minimum 2 years We are seeking an experienced and proactive Common Areas Manager / Owners Association Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day management and maintenance of common areas and shared facilities within our community/property. **Key Responsibilities** \- Manage the daily operations of common areas and shared facilities. \- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping, and other service providers. \- Monitor contractors and ensure services are delivered to the required standards. \- Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance and safety issues. \- Handle owners’ and residents’ requests, complaints, and inquiries professionally. \- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, owners, residents, and other stakeholders. \- Assist with budgets, service charges, operational expenses, and reports. \- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and property management reports. \- Support Owners Association meetings and ensure follow\-up on agreed actions. \- Ensure compliance with community rules, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations. **Requirements** \- Minimum 2 years of experience in Owners Association, property management, facilities management, community management, or a related field. \- Knowledge of local property/ OA regulations and RERA law is a must. \- Good knowledge of common\-area and building management. Strong communication and customer\-service skills. \- Good organizational and problem\-solving abilities. \- Ability to manage contractors and multiple tasks effectively. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Buildium/Odoo Software. \- Professional attitude and strong attention to detail. \- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \- Knowledge of local property/Owners Association regulations is an advantage. \- ⁠Holding Common Areas Management License is an advantage. **How to Apply** **Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV through email** \[careers@impact\-estate.com].
