Commissioning Lead Engineer - Walk-in Chennai

• Develop and execute comprehensive commissioning plans, ensuring all project systems meet design intent and operational requirements. • Lead and mentor a team of commissioning engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. • Oversee the creation and approval of all commissioning documentation, including procedures, checklists, and reports. • Manage and coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities, ensuring safety and efficiency. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or relevant discipline). • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commissioning, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role. • Proven track record in commissioning complex industrial facilities (e.g., power generation, petrochemical, pharmaceuticals). Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Age Criteria: • Maximum age limit is 49 years • For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR. Positions: • A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
