**Commission\-Based Real Estate Sales Agent** Company: Khaleej Homes Nationality: Omani only ***Commission only · No fixed salary*** Job Responsibilities: * Generate leads and identify potential property buyers and tenants. * Promote and market available properties. * Arrange property viewings and negotiate with potential clients. * Build and maintain a network of prospective customers. * Follow up on sales leads and close property deals. * Achieve sales targets and earn commissions on completed transactions. Requirements: * Sales or real estate experience is an advantage. * Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills. * Self\-motivated and comfortable working on a commission\-only basis. * Ability to independently generate leads and close deals. Compensation: * No fixed monthly salary. * Earnings are based entirely on commission from eligible completed transactions, subject to the company's approved commission policy. Work Location: In person
