Intuitive Four Seasons service sets the new standard for luxury beachfront living in Doha.**About the role** As a Commis II in the Kitchen you will be responsible for the preparation and assisting with the Demi Chef and Chef de Partie. **What you will do** You will set up the station by obtaining all equipment and materials needed, prepare the station for service, prepare and plate all items received from the computer system in a timely and accurate manner and communicate with cooks regarding timing, and ensure a neat, clean, and organized work area throughout and following service.
