Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide for you and your family Learning programs through our Academies designed to sharpen your skills Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 What you will be doing: Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of all pastry and dessert items Ensure consistent quality and freshness of products served Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen in line with food safety standards Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Support senior chefs with new pastry and dessert creations Your experience and skills include: • Creative and passionate about pastry, desserts, and customer service • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a true team player • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Pastry & Bakery is an advantage • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or high-end pastry kitchen is preferred
