Working across a variety of restaurants and culinary concepts, the team is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and innovation. As a Commis 1, you will report to the Junior Sous Chef and work closely with a talented team of chefs, contributing to the preparation and execution of dishes that reflect Rosewood’s commitment to culinary excellence. ### **YOUR ROLE** As a Commis 1, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest quality standards. You will play an important role in maintaining food safety, consistency, and operational efficiency while assisting in the development of junior team members.
