In this role, you will assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Mediterranean cuisine in accordance with Hyatt's brand standards. You will ensure your work area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene while contributing to a positive, collaborative, and high\-performing kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about Mediterranean cuisine, eager to learn, and committed to delivering quality and consistency.
