Commis 1 - Cold

**Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment:** Full\-time **Joining:** Immediate joiners preferred **About the Role** We are seeking a **Commis 1 – Cold Kitchen** to join our culinary team. The role will support the preparation and presentation of cold dishes while maintaining excellent standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare salads, cold starters, garnishes, dressings, and other cold kitchen items. * Complete daily mise en place according to operational requirements. * Follow approved recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. * Ensure ingredients are properly stored, labeled, dated, and rotated. * Maintain correct food temperatures and food safety practices. * Support senior chefs during preparation and service. * Follow HACCP, Dubai Municipality, hygiene, and sanitation requirements. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation. **Requirements** * Previous experience as a Commis 1 or similar role, preferably within a hotel or quality restaurant. * Experience in cold kitchen/garde manger operations preferred. * Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements. * Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail. * Currently based in the UAE preferred. * **Immediate availability is highly preferred.** Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED3,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Can you join immediately?
