Commi II - Pastry

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Commi II \- Pastry section to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will support the Chef in daily production, maintaining high quality standards and ensure consistency in the all dishes been prepared. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing,baking and presenting all pastry and dessert items * Follow our standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste, texture and presentation * Ensure proper storage. labelling and rotation of ingredients * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstation all the time. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1\-2 years experience as Commi II in Pastry section * Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, and basic bakery items * Good communication and team work skills * Flexibility with shift timings. * Transferable visa Interested candidates, share your CV.
