Commis Bakery – Fold Restaurant \& Bakery **Location:** The View, Riffa, Bahrain **Job Description** Fold Restaurant \& Bakery is looking for a passionate and hardworking **Commis Baker** to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing freshly baked breads, pastries, and other bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in the daily preparation and production of breads, pastries, and baked goods. * Follow recipes and preparation standards to ensure consistent quality. * Measure, mix, shape, and prepare dough and other bakery ingredients. * Assist senior bakers with baking, decorating, and finishing products. * Monitor baking times and temperatures under supervision. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workstation. * Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients. * Follow food safety and hygiene standards. * Support inventory checks and minimize ingredient waste. * Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely production.
