This role is perfect for a junior or seasoned professional ready to lead commercial projects and drive business growth within the rapidly evolving energy software sector. **Your Role – Leading, Innovating, and Delivering Excellence** As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for end\-to\-end management of commercial projects, ensuring successful delivery while driving strategic business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting\-edge grid software solutions and make a meaningful impact on the global energy transition. **Key Responsibilities:** **Project Leadership \& Management** * Lead and manage multiple commercial projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on\-time, on\-budget delivery * Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies * Coordinate cross\-functional teams including sales, engineering, finance, and logistics to achieve project objectives * Monitor project performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary **Commercial Operations \& Strategy** * Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms for grid software products and solutions * Manage customer relationships and serve as primary point of contact for commercial matters * Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for commercial projects **Financial Management, Analytics and controlling** * Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting * Conduct profitability analysis and cost optimization initiatives * Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze market trends and project performance * Support business development activities through commercial insights and market analysis **Process Optimization \& Innovation** * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency * Establish best practices for commercial project management within the grid software domain * Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives * Drive digital transformation initiatives within commercial operations **Your Qualifications and Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field Certified Project Manager (CPM) certification is of an advantage but not mandatory * You bring with experience of commercial project management, preferably in software, energy, or technology sectors * Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi\-stakeholder projects Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing models, and financial analysis * Expert\-level Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) * Knowledge of the current SAP system AP01 or other ERP systems and commercial software platforms Familiarity with grid software solutions or energy sector technologies (preferred) * Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse, international environments * Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous * Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills, Continuous learning mindset and passion for innovation **What We Offer You** * Hybrid working model with 2–3 days of mobile work per week as a global standard * A diverse, inclusive, and collaborative culture * Strong opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning * The chance to contribute directly to the energy transition and digitalization of power grids * An environment where you can bring your whole self to work and create meaningful impact **Create a better \#TomorrowWithUs!** As a world leader in developing and producing the most advanced engineering technologies, we improve lives and further human achievements worldwide, while also protecting the climate \- all thanks to our employees.
