Commercial Project Manager

What You ll Be Doing You will lead the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, acting as the connective tissue between Marketing, Operations, and Account Management. This role is a blend of project management, commercial strategy, and data analysis. Here s what your day-to-day might look like: • End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead key commercial projects from planning and delivery tracking to post-implementation reviews. • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the primary bridge between Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to ensure campaigns and shared priorities are executed seamlessly. • CVP Optimization: Use data and analysis to refine our Consumer Value Proposition, focusing on selection, affordability, and overall customer experience. • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor moves and market trends to inform strategic planning and stay ahead of the curve. • Strategic Reporting: Own the reporting for growth and CVP metrics, providing the business with the data needed for evidence-based decision-making. • Go-To-Market Execution: Lead the local rollout of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring effective coordination across all departments. • Minimum 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years specifically in project management or commercial strategy roles. • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a track record of using data to drive commercial outcomes. Experience with Looker is a strong plus. • A pragmatic problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and prioritise effectively in a high-growth environment. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate complex teams. • A good understanding of P&L dynamics and financial modelling is preferred. • Experience in marketplace, consumer tech, FMCG, or consulting is highly desirable.
