We combine engineering precision with commercial excellence to power progress across complex projects in the region. **Position Summary** -------------------- We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven **Commercial Engineer** to support our business growth by preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with clients, and developing competitive bids for engineering projects. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. * Review RFQs, tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to develop cost\-effective solutions. * Perform cost estimation, pricing, and commercial analysis. * Negotiate commercial terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities. * Support contract review, project handover, and commercial documentation. * Ensure proposals comply with company standards and client requirements. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering**. * 2–5 years of experience in a commercial, estimation, sales engineering, business development, or tendering role within the engineering, MEP, construction, testing \& commissioning, or industrial sectors. * Strong understanding of commercial and contractual principles. * Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals and cost estimates. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast\-paced environment. * Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage. **Preferred Qualifications:** ----------------------------- * **FIDIC Familiarity:** Understanding of commercial management under FIDIC Red and Yellow Book contracts. * **Regional Experience:** Prior experience within **Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries**, with knowledge of regional invoicing and cost control practices. * **Commercial Systems Proficiency:** Experience with ERP or cost management tools. * **Analytical Reporting:** Capability to prepare performance dashboards or KPI reports using Excel or Power BI. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Competitive salary * Career growth and professional development opportunities. * Collaborative and innovative work environment. * Opportunity to work on prestigious engineering projects across Saudi Arabia. **Equal Employment Opportunity** -------------------------------- CSI Global is an **Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer**.
