Collection Officer

The **Money Collection Officer** is responsible for **recovering unpaid debts, managing overdue accounts, and securing payments** from clients or customers. The core goal of this role is to reduce outstanding accounts receivable while maintaining positive, professional relationships with customers and adhering to all legal financial guidelines. **Account Management \& Outreach** * **Review outstanding balances** and identify accounts that are overdue. * **Contact debtors** via phone, email, or letter to request payment or negotiate payment plans. * **Locate and contact debtors** using tracking tools or databases (skip tracing) if their contact details are out of date. **Negotiation \& Problem Solving** * **Negotiate payoff deadlines** or custom payment plans based on the customer's financial situation. **Skills** * The candidate should be fluent in **English and Arabic** * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
