Coffee shop Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily coffee shop operations and staff activities. * Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally. * Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance. * Prepare staff duty schedules and ensure adequate manpower during operating hours. * Ensure coffee, beverages, food products, and service standards meet company requirements. * Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Storekeeper/management for replenishment. * Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food and beverage items. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. * Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales closing procedures. * Achieve assigned sales targets and support promotional activities. * Train and coach staff on service standards, product knowledge, and company procedures. * Conduct opening and closing checks and ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained. * Report operational issues, maintenance requirements, staff concerns, and incidents to management. * Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and applicable UAE regulations. * Perform any other duties assigned by management. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in coffee shop, café, restaurant, or F\&B operations. * Previous supervisory experience is preferred. * Good knowledge of customer service, coffee shop operations, and food safety. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Ability to manage staff and work effectively under pressure. * Basic computer and POS system knowledge. * Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. **Working Conditions:** * Full\-time position. * Shift\-based work, including weekends and public holidays as required. * Flexible to work according to business operational requirements.
