Coffee Shop Operations & Admin Lead – Arabic Speaking

We need someone reliable who can take ownership of daily business tasks and make sure nothing important stays pending. **Main responsibilities:** * Handle professional emails with suppliers, partners, and event organizers * Prepare quotations, contracts, reports, and business documents * Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and pending replies until completed * Research suppliers, prices, competitors, and business opportunities * Review POS, menu, and sales data and suggest useful actions * Support staff follow\-up, attendance, and operational issues **We are looking for someone who:** * Has previous **F\&B / café / restaurant experience** * Is an **Arabic speaker** * Has **very good written and spoken English** * Writes professional emails confidently * Is comfortable preparing quotations, contracts, and reports * Can work independently and get things done without constant reminders **Full\-time, long\-term role.
