Coaster Bus Driver

**Job Summary** We are looking for a reliable and experienced **Coaster Bus Driver** to safely transport employees between accommodation, project sites, and company locations. The ideal candidate should possess a valid UAE driving license for buses, have a clean driving record, and be familiar with UAE traffic regulations and road networks. **Key Responsibilities** * Safely operate the Coaster bus to transport employees to and from project sites, accommodation, and company offices. * Follow assigned routes and schedules while ensuring timely transportation. * Conduct daily pre\-trip and post\-trip vehicle inspections. * Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tires, brakes, lights, and other vehicle systems. * Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the bus. * Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit. * Comply with all UAE traffic laws and company HSE policies. * Report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately. * Maintain vehicle logbooks, trip records, fuel records, and mileage reports. * Ensure all vehicle documents, permits, and insurance are valid. * Coordinate with the Transport Supervisor regarding daily transportation schedules. * Assist during emergency situations and follow company emergency procedures. * Perform any other transportation\-related duties assigned by the Transport Supervisor. **Requirements** * Valid **UAE Bus Driving License (Category D)**. * Minimum **2–5 years** of UAE experience as a Coaster Bus Driver. * Good knowledge of UAE roads, highways, and project locations. * Clean driving record with no major traffic violations. * Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage). * Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime when required. * Physically fit and medically fit to drive. * Immediate joiners are preferred. **Preferred Industry Experience** * Construction * Structural Steel Fabrication * Industrial Projects * Manufacturing * Facility Management * Staff Transportation **Key Skills** * Coaster Bus Driving * Staff Transportation * Defensive Driving * Route Planning * Vehicle Inspection * Basic Vehicle Maintenance * Passenger Safety * UAE Traffic Regulations * Trip Log Management * Time Management * Teamwork * Workplace Safety (HSE) Work Location: In person
