Salasa has two sets of offerings: A. Offline: * Mega fulfillment centers: large\-scale facilities to receive stocks of our clients, store them, prepare orders and dispatch them. * Darstores: small warehouses distrubuted across main cities to do on\-demand delivery and two\-hour delivery. * Last mile delivery: through our own subsidiary or aggregator option. * Bonded\-zones (new): custom\-free areas where merchants can store their products withouth the need for licenses and registrations. * Cross\-border (new): enabling merchants from anywhere in the world to ship to anywhere in the world. B. Online: Salasa One (order management system) with integrations with online web stores such as Zed, Salla and Shopify and with warehouse management systems and transport management system. This is the one\-stop\-shop for our clients to manage their processes and supply chain end\-to\-end. Target Majors: We welcome creative minds from various fields, including: * Supply Chain \& Logistics Management. * Industrial Engineering. * Business Administration / Marketing / HR. * Information Technology / Computer Science / Data Analytics. * Accounting \& Finance. Key Responsibilities (By Department): * Support daily operations across different departments (Warehousing, Customer Success, Tech, or Corporate). * Assist in data analysis and propose improvements to enhance workflow efficiency. * Contribute to ongoing projects and share innovative ideas aligned with Salasa’s "seamless" philosophy. * Prepare periodic reports required by both the university and the direct supervisor. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand the full order lifecycle, from receiving to last\-mile delivery. Requirements: * Must be a final\-year student (or meeting the university's Co\-op internship requirements). * Strong command of English (Written and Verbal). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). * Excellent communication skills and a passion for learning in a fast\-paced environment. * A team player with a high level of commitment and professional ethics.
