CNC Laser Machine Operator

• Program and set up CNC laser cutting machines based on engineering drawings and CAD/CAM files to ensure precision and accuracy. • Program, set up, and operate CNC Press Brake (Bending Machine) to bend components according to engineering drawings and specifications. • Load and secure metal sheets and other materials onto machine beds before operation. • Monitor laser cutting and bending processes, adjusting machine parameters to achieve optimum quality, accuracy, and productivity. • Perform routine quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances. • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in CNC machining or a related field is preferred. • Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. • Familiarity with various materials (metals, plastics, etc.) and their cutting characteristics using laser technology. • Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines, with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience . • Experience operating CNC Press Brake (Bending Machine) is required. • Previous experience in a steel manufacturing/fabrication factory is required. • Knowledge and experience in manufacturing light poles and telecommunication towers will be an added advantage.
