Clinical Pharmacist (UAE National)

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for optimizing patient medication therapy, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines, and providing expert pharmaceutical care within hospital and clinical settings. The role involves close collaboration with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, monitor, and review patient-specific treatment plans while promoting evidence-based practice and medication safety. Qualification :- Special Certificate:- Required: 1. BSc. Degree at least 3 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist or with clinical responsibilities. * UAE National: NLT 1 year as clinical pharmacist or with clinical responsibilities. 2. Doctor of Pharmacy Degree ( Pharm D) : at least 1 year experience as a clinical pharmacist. 3. Post baccalaureate Pharm D : at least 1 year experience as a clinical pharmacist. 4. Post baccalaureate M.S: at least 1 year experience as a clinical pharmacist • Supervise junior staff and ensure their abidance to going rules and policies as applied and implemented in the section/department/organization, as per requirement. • Participate in department/organization/regulatory bodies clinical projects. • Optimize patient care in defined wards/units by planning, managing, monitoring, advising and reviewing specialist pharmaceutical care programs for patients. • Undertake a medication review/ history of newly admitted patients to identify problems or medication issues that may influence the patients treatment plan, including simplifying complex regimes for patients in designated wards. •
