Clinical lab Instructor- UAE national

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures and practical sessions on a wide range of clinical laboratory disciplines, ensuring theoretical knowledge is translated into hands-on competency. • Develop and implement innovative curriculum and laboratory protocols that align with current industry standards and technological advancements in the UAE. • Supervise and mentor students during practical laboratory work, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and best practices. • Assess student performance through a variety of methods, including practical exams, written tests, and project evaluations, offering clear and actionable feedback for improvement. • Holds a Bachelors or diploma in pharmacy. • Should be a licensed pharmacist, preferred MOH license. • Willing to work full time on-site. • Should hold a UAE family book. • Have a proven track record of at least 2-3 years in teaching, training, or mentoring roles, preferably within a higher education or vocational setting.
