Clinic Manager – Polyclinic (Dubai, UAE) **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full\-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Clinic Manager** to oversee the daily operations of a busy multidisciplinary polyclinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, and a proven track record in managing clinic operations, staff, and business performance. Mandatory Requirements * **Minimum 4 years of experience as a Clinic Manager in a UAE Polyclinic (Mandatory).** * **Previous polyclinic management experience is a must.** * Strong knowledge of **DHA regulations**, healthcare compliance, and quality standards. * Experience managing multidisciplinary medical teams. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Key Responsibilities * Manage the day\-to\-day operations of the polyclinic. * Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations, policies, and quality standards. * Supervise administrative, reception, nursing, and support staff. * Monitor clinic performance, patient satisfaction, and operational KPIs. * Coordinate with doctors and department heads to ensure smooth clinical operations. * Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, recruitment, and performance management. * Manage clinic budgets, operational costs, and revenue optimization. * Handle licensing, inspections, audits, and regulatory documentation. * Develop and implement operational policies and continuous improvement initiatives. * Support business growth, marketing initiatives, and patient experience strategies. Preferred Skills * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. * Experience with healthcare management systems and electronic medical records. * Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage). * Ability to work in a fast\-paced healthcare environment.
