Cleaning Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Allocate duties to cleaning staff and ensure work is completed according to company standards and schedules. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping and cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices. Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and staff productivity. Ensure the proper use, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment. Address client concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and site inspections. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in housekeeping or facilities management is an advantage. 2 5 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or in a similar role. Experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, or hospitality is preferred. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures. Ability to plan schedules, manage teams, and handle multiple sites. Basic computer skills (MS Office) for reporting and documentation. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays when required.
