Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible **Cleaning Supervisor** with strong knowledge of **façade cleaning and high\-level cleaning operations**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning teams, ensuring high\-quality standards, maintaining safety procedures, and coordinating daily cleaning activities. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations and cleaning staff. * Plan and assign cleaning tasks according to site requirements. * Monitor the quality of cleaning work and ensure company standards are maintained. * Have practical knowledge of **building façade cleaning**, including glass, external walls, cladding, and other exterior surfaces. * Supervise high\-level and façade cleaning activities using appropriate equipment and methods. * Ensure cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals are used correctly and safely. * Follow and enforce **HSE and work\-at\-height safety procedures**. * Coordinate with clients, site management, and other departments regarding cleaning requirements. * Conduct site inspections and identify areas requiring corrective action. * Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning methods, equipment handling, and safety procedures. * Maintain attendance, work schedules, cleaning checklists, and daily reports. * Ensure adequate availability of cleaning materials, equipment, and PPE. * Report operational issues, safety concerns, damages, or maintenance requirements to management. * Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within the required timeframe. Requirements * Previous experience as a **Cleaning Supervisor** or similar supervisory role. * **Hands\-on knowledge and experience in façade cleaning is required.** * Experience supervising high\-level/external cleaning teams is preferred. * Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, tools, and cleaning techniques. * Good understanding of **work\-at\-height and HSE requirements**. * Ability to manage and motivate a multicultural cleaning team. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain cleaning records. * Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and high\-level cleaning environments. * Relevant cleaning or safety certifications will be an advantage. Preferred Experience * Façade and glass cleaning * High\-rise/building exterior cleaning * Rope access or suspended access cleaning operations * MEWP/boom lift operations and coordination * Water\-fed pole and pressure\-washing systems * Work\-at\-height safety procedures Work Location: In person
