Cleaner / Kitchen Steward – Restaurant Company: Lahori Karahi Restaurant Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full\-Time Salary: AED 1,400 – AED 1,600 per month Lahori Karahi Restaurant is looking for a hardworking, reliable and hygienic Cleaner / Kitchen Steward to join our restaurant team. Job Responsibilities \- Wash and clean plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils. \- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area. \- Sweep and mop floors and keep assigned areas clean and dry. \- Clean and sanitize work surfaces, sinks, shelves and equipment. \- Properly collect and dispose of garbage and food waste. \- Maintain cleanliness of washrooms and other assigned restaurant areas. \- Assist with deep cleaning as per the restaurant cleaning schedule. \- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely. \- Support the kitchen and restaurant team with general cleaning duties when required. \- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and restaurant cleanliness at all times. Requirements \- Previous experience as a Cleaner, Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher or Restaurant Helper is preferred. \- Must be hardworking, physically fit and able to work in a busy restaurant environment. \- Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene. \- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team. \- Basic English communication is preferred. \- Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
