Cleaner

**Key Responsibilities:** * **Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks** across assigned facilities, including office spaces, common corridors, lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, and parking areas. * **Execute floor care operations,** including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and polishing hard floors, carpets, and tiled surfaces. * **Sanitize and disinfect high\-touch surfaces,** such as door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, washroom fixtures, and pantry counters, maintaining strict hygiene standards. * **Operate basic cleaning equipment** safely and efficiently, including industrial vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbing machines, high\-pressure washers, and steam cleaners. * **Replenish consumables and hygiene supplies,** including hand soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and sanitizer dispensers across all facility restrooms and pantries. * **Ensure strict compliance** with health and safety guidelines, correct chemical dilution ratios, proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE), and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) standards. * **Manage and dispose of waste,** collecting rubbish from office bins, sorting recyclable materials, and transporting waste to designated facility bin rooms. * **Respond to urgent cleaning requests** and accidental spills in a prompt, polite, and efficient manner to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment. **Requirements:** * **Minimum 1 year of experience** as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, or Janitorial Staff member within a commercial building, shopping mall, residential tower, or hospitality environment. * **Basic knowledge** of professional cleaning chemicals, surface care techniques, sanitation protocols, and waste management procedures. * **Familiarity with cleaning equipment** such as floor scrubbers, wet/dry vacuums, and carpet extractors (preferred). * **Strong attention to detail** and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and visual presentation. * **Good physical stamina and fitness** to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform continuous physical labor throughout shifts. * **Punctual, reliable, and cooperative attitude,** with basic communication skills to interact courteously with occupants, supervisors, and team members.
