About the Role This is a frontline role with real ownership. As a Classroom Supervisor, you are responsible for the student experience inside the classroom. You lead the room, manage behavior, and create an environment where students stay focused, engaged, and performing. This role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates. We are specifically looking for native or near-native English speakers , as you will be interacting with students in English throughout the day. What you will do • Lead and manage a classroom of students • Maintain discipline while building strong student relationships • Drive focus, participation, and consistent effort • Handle classroom challenges in real time with good judgment • Support student progress through structure and accountability • Communicate clearly with students, parents, and staff • Create a high-energy, structured, and motivating environment What we re looking for • Experience working directly with students (teaching, tutoring, youth activities, coaching, etc.) • Native or near-native English fluency • Strong presence. Clear, confident, and able to manage a group • Ability to balance firmness with empathy • High ownership and comfort being on your feet and in the action
