Civil / Technical Engineer

**We're Hiring \| Civil / Technical Engineer** Lorca Decor is looking for an experienced **Civil / Technical Engineer** to join our growing team in the UAE. If you have a strong background in interior fit\-out, building materials, site supervision, and project execution, we'd love to hear from you. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field * 3–4 years of relevant experience in interior fit\-out, construction, or building materials industry * Strong knowledge of site supervision, project coordination, and execution * Experience in dealing with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors * Ability to manage site labor, monitor work progress, and ensure quality standards * Prepare and review shop drawings, technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation * Coordinate project schedules, material requirements, and site activities * Follow up on project billing, payment collections, and project handovers * Proficient in **AutoCAD (2D \& 3D)**, **SketchUp**, **MS Office**, and other engineering software * Strong communication, problem\-solving, and organizational skills * Valid UAE Driving License will be an added advantage * English communication is required; Arabic will be an added advantage **What We Offer:** * Professional and collaborative working environment * Opportunity to work on exciting interior and construction projects * Career growth and development opportunities * Competitive salary package (based on experience) **Email:** **For inquiries:\-** **Contact:** \ **Location:** Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Full\-time Pay: AED5,000\.00 \- AED7,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
