Civil / Structural Supervisor - Walkin Chennai

• Oversee and direct all on-site civil and structural construction activities, ensuring adherence to project blueprints and specifications. • Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures for all civil works, including formwork, rebar installation, and concrete pouring. • Manage and coordinate daily work schedules for civil and structural crews, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency. • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce strict adherence to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a zero-accident environment. • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a reputable institution. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil and structural supervision within the construction industry. • Proven track record of successfully supervising concrete, formwork, rebar, and structural steel erection. • Possession of relevant certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety qualifications. Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Age Criteria: • Maximum age limit is 49 years • For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR. Positions: • A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
