Civil Site Supervisor / Site Engineer **Company:** Trenton General Contracting \& Real Estate Management Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. **Job Location:** Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Summary Trenton General Contracting is seeking an experienced and motivated **Civil Site Supervisor / Site Engineer** to oversee civil construction, fit\-out, renovation, and maintenance projects across Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing labour and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering projects on time. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities. * Plan and monitor project progress according to the approved schedule. * Manage site labour, subcontractors, and material requirements. * Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and the project management team. * Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. * Ensure compliance with HSE policies, company procedures, and UAE regulations. * Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned works. * Verify measurements and maintain proper records of completed work. * Attend site meetings and provide project updates. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum **3 years of construction experience** (UAE/GCC experience preferred). * Experience in civil construction, fit\-out, renovation, and maintenance projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, site execution, and quality control. * Good leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficient in MS Office (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage). * **Valid UAE Driving Licence preferred.** * Candidates currently residing in the **UAE or India** are encouraged to apply. * Immediate joiners will be given preference.
