Civil Site Engineer

Job Description We are looking for an experienced **Civil Site Engineer** to join our construction team in Bahrain. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily civil construction activities, ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site. * Monitor construction progress, workmanship, quality, and productivity. * Read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil engineering drawings. * Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. * Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, MEP teams, and other site personnel. * Supervise manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources. * Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical or construction issues. * Coordinate setting out, foundations, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, finishes, and other civil works. * Check quantities, dimensions, levels, alignment, and completed works. * Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports. * Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available as per project requirements. * Assist with inspections, snagging, rectification, testing, and project handover. * Ensure compliance with project quality standards, HSE procedures, and applicable Bahrain regulations. * Maintain proper site records, reports, drawings, and project documentation. * Coordinate with the Project Manager and relevant teams to ensure timely completion of works. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in **Civil Engineering** or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant civil construction/site experience**. * Strong experience in building construction projects; villa, commercial, or high\-rise experience is an advantage. * Good knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and site procedures. * Ability to read and understand structural, architectural, and civil drawings. * Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. * Experience in supervising subcontractors and site teams. * Strong communication, coordination, problem\-solving, and site management skills. * Bahrain/GCC construction experience is preferred. * **Must be currently available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner is required/preferred.** Preferred Skills Civil Construction \| Site Supervision \| Building Construction \| Construction Drawings \| AutoCAD \| Site Inspection \| Subcontractor Coordination \| Quality Control \| Project Coordination \| Progress Reporting \| HSE \| MS Office Work Location: In person
