Civil Lead Executor (PTW) **Pigeon Engineering Projects, Trading \& General Services** is seeking an experienced **Civil Lead Executor (PTW)** to join our team in Qatar. Job Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing civil engineering projects while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and supervise civil engineering works and site activities. * Manage and coordinate Permit to Work (PTW) requirements. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulations. * Coordinate civil construction activities and project execution. * Supervise site teams and ensure efficient workflow. * Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met. * Coordinate with project teams and relevant stakeholders. * Maintain proper project documentation and reporting. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering** or a related field. * Minimum **5 years of supervisory experience in the oil \& gas industry**. * Proven experience in **civil construction and project management**. * Strong knowledge of the **Permit to Work (PTW) system**. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in **project management software**. * **Only Freelancers will be considered.** * Must be **locally available in Qatar with a valid Qatar ID (QID)**. * Must be available to **join immediately**.
