• Execute site preparation activities, including clearing, grading, and excavation, ensuring adherence to project blueprints and safety protocols. • Operate and maintain various construction equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders, to efficiently complete earthmoving and material handling tasks. • Install and secure formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precise alignment and stability to support pouring operations. • Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to specified mix designs and curing procedures, achieving desired strength and surface quality. • High School Diploma or equivalent educational attainment. • Candidates must have prior ADNOC approval / WMS Certificate • Possession of relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or specific equipment operation certifications. • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction or a related field. • Proven experience working on infrastructure projects like roads, bridges, or utilities.
