Civil Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, support tender submissions, and contribute to the successful delivery of civil construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Qatar. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering • 7–10 years of experience in civil estimation and tendering • Proven experience preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for civil construction projects • Strong knowledge of construction materials, pricing, and estimation methodologies • Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation • GCC/Qatar experience is highly preferred SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Expertise in preparing detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates • Capable of analyzing drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop competitive bids • Adept at coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotations • Proficiency in material cost analysis, budget forecasting, and value engineering opportunities • Effective bid preparation, tender evaluation, and estimation documentation management • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills .
