Civil Engineer

##### **Overview** #### **Job Details:** Supervise construction activities for assigned projects to ensure work is completed according to approved schedules, quality standards, and project requirements. Monitor daily site operations and verify that construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and technical guidelines. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure construction activities are carried out efficiently. Maintain and update construction documentation, including site diaries, progress reports, inspection records, and other project files. Perform duties both in the office and on construction sites based on project requirements and operational needs. Track project progress, identify potential delays, and provide regular status updates to management. Ensure all construction activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Support effective communication between contractors, consultants, project teams, and management to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct routine site inspections to monitor workmanship, verify completed work, and address technical issues when required. Assist in coordinating material deliveries and site resources to support uninterrupted construction activities. #### **Job Experience Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with or without previous professional experience are encouraged to apply. Valid driving license is required for travel between office and project sites. Basic to good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, internet applications, and AutoCAD. Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to manage construction activities effectively. Ability to work both independently and as part of a project team while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to travel to project locations and work in a site\-based environment when required.
