**Civil Engineer – Facility ManagementAbout the Role** We are seeking an experienced and dedicated **Civil Engineer** with a strong background in **Facility Management (FM)**. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of civil engineering experience, with a proven track record in managing, operating, and maintaining facilities, as well as supervising contractors and site teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee and manage day\-to\-day facility maintenance, operations, and civil works. * Supervise and coordinate sub\-contractors, service providers, and internal work teams to ensure quality execution. * Monitor project timelines, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety and quality standards. * Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and maintenance evaluations. * Serve as the primary point of contact for facility maintenance issues and technical inquiries. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum of **10 years** of practical civil engineering experience. * **Specialization:** Proven experience in **Facility Management (FM)**, operation, and maintenance. * Strong leadership abilities with hands\-on experience supervising teams and contractors. * Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and reporting skills. * Proficiency in spoken and written English (Arabic is a plus). **Job Details** * **Job Type:** Full\-time * **Category:** Engineering / Facility Management Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
