Civil Engineer Facilities Management

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong facilities management background to oversee structural, architectural, and civil maintenance across luxury assets. Key Responsibilities • Manage civil maintenance operations for high-end facilities. • Inspect and monitor structural, architectural, and finishing works. • Oversee contractors, preventive maintenance, and defect rectification. • Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, safety standards, and client SOPs. • Support lifecycle planning, budgeting, and asset-condition assessments. Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering. 5+ years in Facilities Management within the GCC. Experience on luxury hotels, VIP residential, or mixed-use projects. Strong knowledge of building fabric, structures, and maintenance planning. Saudi Council of Engineers registration preferred Must be available to start within 1 month.
