Chief Technology Officer

We are partnering with a leading media organisation undergoing an exciting phase of digital growth and transformation. We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy, innovation agenda, and digital platform evolution across the business. • Proven experience as a CTO, Technology Director, VP Technology, or senior technology leader within a media, broadcasting, digital content, publishing, streaming, or consumer digital business • Strong background leading software engineering, architecture, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital product teams • Experience delivering large scale digital transformation and modernisation programmes • Strong understanding of content management systems, digital platforms, mobile applications, audience analytics, advertising technologies, subscription platforms, or streaming technologies • Experience building and scaling high performing technology organisations • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align technology investments to business outcomes • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced qualifications are advantageous
