Chief of Staff

• Partner closely with the Chairperson to drive strategic planning, execution, and enterprise-wide initiatives. • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with defined timelines, milestones, and accountability. • Monitor organizational goals, KPIs, and governance frameworks to ensure timely execution and business alignment. • Lead cross-functional strategic projects and coordinate with business leaders to drive organizational priorities. • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, and decision-support materials for the Chairperson. • Track progress of key initiatives, identify risks, and proactively drive resolution of execution challenges. • Act as a key liaison between the Chairperson and senior leadership, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment. • Lead special projects, process improvement initiatives, and organizational transformation programs. • Conduct research, market analysis, and provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making. • Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and ownership while supporting the Chairperson and executive leadership. • Proven experience working directly with the Chairperson, CEO, or Managing Director. • Strong expertise in strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional project management. • Experience driving KPIs, governance frameworks, and organization-wide strategic initiatives. • Excellent stakeholder management skills with CXOs and senior business leaders. • Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills. • High level of ownership, confidentiality, and execution focus.
