**Chief Financial Officer / Financial Domain Expert \- Crypto, Investment \& Trading Products** **Role Overview** We are seeking a senior CFO\-level financial expert with deep experience in crypto, investment management, ETFs, trading, staking, treasury, and digital asset markets to help define, design, and validate the financial systems and products developed by our software company. This role is primarily focused on product strategy, financial architecture, business logic, workflows, controls, calculations, and domain accuracy. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Software Architects, Engineers, Data teams, UX teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex financial concepts into robust, scalable, and institution\-grade software systems. The ideal candidate combines strong financial\-market expertise with the ability to structure financial processes into clear system requirements, workflows, rules, calculations, data models, and operational controls. **Key areas of expertise:** * Crypto \& Digital Assets * Trading, Derivatives \& OTC * Investment \& Portfolio Management * ETFs, ETPs \& Fund Accounting * Staking, DeFi \& Yield Products * Treasury \& Liquidity Management * Accounting, Ledger \& Reconciliation * Risk, Margin \& Collateral Management * Valuation, NAV, P\&L \& Financial Calculations * Blockchain, Custody \& Wallet Infrastructure **Required Experience** * 10\+ years of experience across financial markets, investment management, asset management, trading, treasury, fintech, banking, digital assets, or related sectors. * Senior\-level experience such as CFO, CIO, Finance Director, Head of Investments, Head of Treasury, Head of Trading, Financial Product Director, or equivalent. * Strong hands\-on knowledge of financial systems and institutional financial workflows. * Significant experience with crypto or digital assets. * Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and trading operations. * Experience with financial reporting, valuation, reconciliation, accounting, or fund operations. * Ability to translate financial processes into software requirements. * Strong ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and Data teams. * The ideal candidate is a senior financial professional who can act as the financial authority within a software product organization
