Position Summary The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, and management of the Group of Companies. The CFO ensures financial stability, supports business growth, maintains compliance with regulatory requirements, and provides strategic guidance to the Board of Directors and executive management. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership * Develop and implement the Group's financial strategy aligned with business objectives. * Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long\-term business planning. * Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO, Board, and senior management. * Monitor financial performance across all group companies and recommend improvements. Financial Management * Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, and cash flow management. * Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements. * Manage working capital and optimize capital allocation across the Group. * Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies. Strategic Planning * Evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures. * Conduct financial feasibility studies and business valuations. * Support expansion initiatives through financial analysis and risk assessment. * Drive profitability and operational efficiency across all business units. Risk Management \& Compliance * Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards. * Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and business risks. * Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations. * Maintain relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Leadership \& Team Management * Lead and mentor finance teams across all subsidiaries. * Develop high\-performing finance professionals through coaching and performance management. * Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. * Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA (MBA preferred). * 15\+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role. * Experience managing finance for a diversified group of companies is highly desirable. Skills \& Competencies * Strong financial planning and analysis (FP\&A) expertise. * Advanced knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards. * Strategic thinking and commercial acumen. * Excellent leadership and decision\-making skills. * Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. * Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Revenue growth and profitability. * Budget accuracy and cost control. * Cash flow optimization. * Working capital efficiency. * Timely and accurate financial reporting. * Regulatory compliance and audit outcomes. * Return on investment (ROI) for strategic initiatives. * Finance team performance and development. Reporting To Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Board of Directors Pay: AED10,000\.00 \- AED15,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
