Chief Accountant

Qualifications: Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Ø Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant Ø Experience in Group of Companies or different industry type would be an advantage Ø Experience in Manufacturing is a MUST Responsibilities: Ø To ensure that all financial transactions of the various companies under Group Holding are recorded with proper authorization and all the financial and MIS reports are submitted in time with due accuracy. Ø Must assist Managing Director and Finance Manager in all areas required in accounts with utmost accuracy and confidentiality. Ø To provide leadership, develop and cascade the organization's strategy/mission statement to all Accountants and coaching/corrective practices to align personnel with company goals. Ø To maintain strict discipline and control with respect to company assets, record information and manpower in order to keep costs to an optimal level and ensuring maximum productivity. Ø Take initiative for the automation of I.T. systems and reporting for all businesses dashboard generation and assist in quick decision\-making by the Management. Ø Feasibilities for new projects/products must be done with accuracy and proper ensures in place including all possible alternatives and submit to the Management for review and approvals. Ø Report ay issues of anomalies of fraud that, if identified, is brought to the Management's attention. Work Timing: \- Saturdays to Wednesdays 8:00am until 5:00pm \& Thursdays 8:00am until 1:30pm Pay: BD800\.000 per month Work Location: In person
