**WE ARE HIRING** **Culinary Team** **Commis Chef** Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) **Chef de Partie (CDP)** **Positions Available** * Commis Chef – Entry to mid\-level, supporting section preparation and cooking under guidance of senior chefs. * Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Assists in running an assigned kitchen section, supervising junior chefs and ensuring consistent quality. * Chef de Partie (CDP) – Takes full charge of an assigned section, leading a small team and maintaining the highest culinary standards. **Who We're Looking For** * Well\-experienced professionals in their respective culinary field. * Candidates with prior experience in a 4\- or 5\-star hotel or resort are strongly encouraged to apply. * Strong knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and professional kitchen standards. * A genuine passion for the culinary arts, with the ability to work well within a team under a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment. * Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. **Selection Process** Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a practical kitchen trial as part of the final selection process, giving both the candidate and our culinary team the opportunity to ensure the right fit before an offer is extended.
