Pastry Chef – 3D Cake \& Finishing Specialist We are looking for a skilled and creative **Pastry Chef specializing in 3D cakes and professional cake finishing**. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in creating premium pastries, customized celebration cakes, and detailed 3D cake designs with excellent attention to quality and presentation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Create customized, themed, and complex **3D cakes** based on customer requirements. * Perform high\-quality cake finishing, decorating, sculpting, fondant work, and detailing. * Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, specialty cakes, fillings, and frostings. * Develop new recipes, designs, and creative pastry concepts. * Ensure consistent taste, appearance, portioning, and presentation. * Plan and manage daily pastry production and customized orders. * Monitor ingredients, inventory, wastage, and stock requirements. * Maintain strict **food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards**. * Ensure all customer orders are completed accurately and on time. * Support and guide the pastry team to maintain efficient kitchen operations. **Requirements:** Minimum **4–6 years of relevant pastry experience**, with strong expertise in **3D cake design and professional finishing**.
