The ideal candidates will bring creativity, consistency, and strong food safety practices to a fast\-paced kitchen environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards * Plan and prepare food for restaurant service and off\-site catering events * Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes * Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen in line with food hygiene regulations * Supervise and coordinate with kitchen assistants/junior staff as needed * Develop or contribute to new menu items and seasonal specials * Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to minimize waste and maintain freshness * Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines at all times **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant, hotel, or catering setting * Culinary degree/diploma or relevant certification preferred * Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food safety standards * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast\-paced kitchen * Good organizational and time\-management skills * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event\-based hours * Team leadership skills are a plus **How to Apply:** Interested candidates can apply via **** or contact ****.
