Chef de Rang (Senior Waiter) - Kuwait

Career Land Center is hiring an experienced **Chef de Rang** for **an F\&B company in Kuwait** . We are looking for a polished and service\-focused hospitality professional who can manage an assigned station, deliver high\-quality food and beverage service, and ensure guests receive a refined and seamless dining experience. The Chef de Rang will be responsible for maintaining service standards, supporting the team, and coordinating closely with restaurant supervisors and management. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome and assist guests in a professional, warm, and courteous manner. * Manage an assigned station and ensure smooth service flow during operations. * Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests according to company standards. * Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, mise en place, and overall station readiness. * Maintain strong menu knowledge, including ingredients, allergens, beverages, and daily specials. * Provide recommendations and support upselling of menu items, beverages, and promotions. * Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly and professionally. * Handle guest feedback or minor concerns and escalate when required. * Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, hostess, runners, and service team to ensure timely service. * Support junior waiters and runners with guidance during service. * Follow opening, closing, and side\-duty procedures as required. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, health, safety, and company procedures. * Maintain grooming, appearance, and professional conduct in line with company standards. #### **Requirements** * Previous experience as a Chef de Rang, Senior Waiter, Waiter, Captain Waiter, or similar F\&B service role. * Strong experience in restaurants, cafés, hospitality groups, hotels, or high\-volume F\&B operations. * Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and sequence of service. * Strong guest\-service, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage a station independently during busy operations. * Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail. * Good problem\-solving skills and ability to handle guest requests professionally. * Experience with POS systems is an advantage. * Fine dining or international hospitality experience is an advantage. * Willingness to relocate to Kuwait. #### **Benefits** * Competitive salary package * Transportation provided * Medical insurance * Paid annual leave * Airfare/flight benefits according to employment terms * Employment visa/work permit support * Relocation support according to employer policy * Other benefits included in the employment package * Opportunity to work with a large hospitality group in Kuwait
