What You'll Do
\* Cook and prepare dishes rooted in Indian cuisine
\* Assemble burgers, sandwiches, and kebabs to a consistently high standard
\* Operate combi ovens, hot plates, and standard commercial kitchen equipment
\* Maintain strict hygiene and ensure zero cross\-contamination between veg and non\-veg
\* Keep up quality and speed during busy service hours
Requirements:
. Minimum 2\-3 years of UAE experience
\* Solid experience in Indian cuisine
\* Skilled in burger, sandwich, and kebab preparation
\* Comfortable with commercial kitchen equipment
\* Extremely clean, organised, and hygienic
\* Able to work fast and accurately under pressure
\* A team player with a great attitude
Pay: AED3,500\.00 per month
