**Chef de Partie (CDP) – Abu Dhabi** **Location:** Abu Dhabi **Employment Type:** Full‑Time **Overview** We are seeking an organized and skilled **Chef de Partie (CDP)** to manage daily station operations, execute recipes with accuracy, and ensure full compliance with food‑safety and Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations. The role requires the ability to lead a small team and maintain high standards during service. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute all recipes accurately and consistently * Maintain strong organization across the assigned station * Ensure full compliance with food‑safety rules, HACCP, and Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements * PIC (Person‑In‑Charge) certification is mandatory * Lead and supervise a small team of Commis and junior staff * Monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation * Maintain proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients * Support daily mise en place and smooth service operations * Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef during peak hours **Qualifications \& Skills** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as CDP or senior Commis * Strong organizational and time‑management skills * Full knowledge of food‑safety standards and municipality regulations * PIC certification (required) * Ability to lead and train junior staff * Strong recipe execution and cooking techniques * Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen Pay: AED3,500\.00 \- AED5,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have as a Chef de Partie or senior Commis? * Are you able to join immediately? * Do you hold a valid PIC (Person‑In‑Charge) food‑safety certification? * Do you have full knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality food‑safety rules and regulations? * Are you comfortable executing recipes exactly as per standards? * This role is based in Abu Dhabi.
